Allied Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI) is the entity that owns the BOT web-site and manages information on this site. BOT is the website that has access to and/or collects information that a user voluntarily provide via BOT or other direct contact. ACSI will not sell or rent this information to any person or other entity.
ACSI through the BOT website will use demographic information to respond to a user's inquiry or request for contact. ACSI will not share a BOT user's information with any third party other than as necessary to fulfill a request or to offer the user benefits that may be of interest.

In order to use BOT, a user must first provide accurate personal information to ensure that the account matches the account information BOT has on file. BOT does not request production of full social security numbers, or other irrelevant demographic information; only information that proves BOT has connected with the right party. During the login process, a user is required to confirm the information BOT on file from the creditor that is represented. This information is used through BOT's secure internet website to accept a payment plan that the user has requested and to maintain an accurate accounting of payments that have been made and/or have been promised. The BOT website does not request any information regarding gender, age or any other information not pertinent to the maintenance of an account.

ACSI uses a third party to process credit card payments. However, ACSI has verified that the third party processing company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing of payments as directed by ACSI for the BOT website.
